Abstract：Metering agricultural irrigation water is a crucial aspect of water withdrawal supervision.The widespread distribution and decentralized ownership of agricultural irrigation machine wells in the northern regions pose challenges to effective monitoring.To address these challenges,Hebei Province has actively explored and developed the"electricity-to-water conversion"metering system for agricultural irrigation machine wells.This paper introduces the theoretical foundation and the construction process of the"electricity-to-water conversion"measurement system in Hebei Province,outlines the framework,interprets the connotation,and presents business application scenarios of the"electricity-to-water conversion"metering system,and concludes with suggestions for the future development.
