Abstract：Estimating of tariff of water supply prices for irrigation districts is a key and challenging aspect of the water pricing mechanism.Taking into account the actual rate of water charge collection,this study constructs methods for adjusting allowable revenue and water tariffs,and establishes analytical methods for assessing the ecological water use capacity and water tariff affordability based on the profitability of grain crops.Taking Dujiangyan Irrigation District as an example,the analysis focuses on the allowable revenue and water tariff affordability of the irrigation district.The study proposes industry-specific and phased water price adjustment schemes,providing valuable insights for the adjustment of tariff of water supply by water projects of irrigation districts.
