Thinking on the construction of water conservancy project insurance system under the"23·7"regional flood in the Haihe River Basin——taking Beijing as an example

Abstract：The"23·7"regional flood in the Haihe River Basin caused severe water conservancy project damage and economic losses in Beijing.In response to the practical needs of disaster risk control,it is necessary and urgent to establish a robust water conservancy project insurance system.This paper sorts out and analyzes relevant national laws,regulations and policy documents related to water conservancy project insurance.Based on the summary of typical cases and relevant experiences in water conservancy project insurance,the paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of the water conservancy project insurance system in Beijing,addressing difficulties in implementation such as insurance types,participation mechanisms,compensation mechanisms,and pilot construction.
