Abstract：The rapid economic and social development of the Taihu Lake Basin puts forward new and higher requirements on basin schedule.By reviewing the practice of flood control and water quantity allocation in the basin since the implementation of the Plan of Flood and Water Quantity Allocation in the Taihu Lake Basin,this paper summarizes and analyzes the background,overall consideration and main contents of the plan revision,and makes prospects and reflections.
