Practice and optimization management recommendations for monitoring the performance of Water Resources Development Funds in Shandong Province

Abstract：The management of Water Resources Development Funds should adhere to the principles of performance evaluation and strengthened supervision.Taking Shandong Province as an example,this paper reviews the status and outcomes of annual performance evaluation monitoring of Water Resources Development Funds,identifies issues and proposes corrective measures,and suggests ongoing efforts to enhance the performance management of Water Resources Development Funds building on the summarized management experiences in Shandong Province.
