Practice and reflection on talent team construction of the Jiangdu Water Conservancy Hub

Abstract：The Jiangdu Water Conservancy Hub serves as the headwaters of the East Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and currently stands as the largest power drainage and irrigation project in China,and the largest pumping station hub cluster in Asia.Talent team construction is a crucial assurance for the management of the hub.This paper analyzes the current needs in talent team construction at the Jiangdu Water Conservancy Hub,focusing on the construction of the"three teams"of cadre talents,professional and technical talents,and skilled talents,aiming to provide references for the construction of water conservancy talent teams.
