Abstract：The construction of a digital twin basin asset operation management system contributes to the modernization of governance and management in the Yongding River Basin.This paper analyzes the current status of internal assets in the Yongding River Basin Investment Co.,Ltd.and proposes methods and typical functional designs for the construction of the digital twin basin asset operation management system in the Yongding River combining with management needs analysis.The paper also summarizes the outcomes and experiences gained during the system construction process,providing valuable insights for collaborative management of basin assets.
