Abstract：Funds or financial management plays a key role in project management. In the last two years, innovative accounting practices have been adopted for financial management Water Diversion from Yangtze to Huaihe River Project in Anhui Province. Methodologies and experiences have been exploited and accumulated that won full confirmation and fair appraisal from the relevant departments and laid a solid foundation for full operation and completion of the project.
