Construction of "Internet+" wisdom river chief information platform——a case study of Feixi County of Anhui Province

Abstract："Wisdom river chief" is one of the important contents of smart city construction. Based on the detailed research on the river and lake management and water resources utilization in the research area, the intelligent information platform of the research area is designed, using mobile communication, RS, GPS and GIS technologies. The platform adopts the "Internet+" smart river chief working mode, with basic functions such as river and lake information management, patrolling task release, processing reported event, and statistics of river managing.Intelligently integrates the entire river channel comprehensive management information through a map to make users respond positively to requests for information management, event processing, river patrol instructions and public complaints issued by the client on smart phone, tablet and other terminals, which effectively promotes the orderly work of the river system in the study area.
