Questions and suggestions in water resources argument of construction projects

Abstract：Water resources argumentation of construction projects is an important part and precondition of water drawing permit in department of water administration, and also is an important means for scientific management of water resource development and utilization, which provides technical support for water drawing permit examination. Combined with water resources argumentation works of construction projects in Cangzhou of Hebei Province, problems are summarized in industry policy management and argumentation technological level, and rationalization proposal is proposed.
