Construction concept of real-time monitoring system of water resource in Langfang City

Abstract：Building real-time monitoring system for water resource development and utilization is a necessary means and premise to implement the three red lines of the most stringent water resource management. This paper expounds the background, project elements and overall design of the water resource real-time monitoring system construction in Langfang City of Hebei Province. Suggestions are proposed aiming at problems of project construction.
