Discussion on three red lines of water resource management in Cangzhou City

Abstract：Water resource is one of the key factors to support ecological civilization. At present, the situation of water resource in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province is extremely severe with the problems of water resources shortage, serious water pollution and aquatic ecological environment deterioration, etc. Combined with the water resource situation, three red lines management and the practice of implementation in Cangzhou, measures and suggestions for strengthening water resource and water environment management are proposed to support ecological civilization construction.
