Ultrasound Contrast Imaging Findings of a Case of Penile Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Abstract:Penile squamous cell carcinoma is the main histological type of penile cancer. Conventional ultrasound can initially assess tumor morphology, blood flow characteristics, and lymph node metastasis, but has limitations in evaluating tumor boundaries, infiltration range, and differentiation between benign and malignant tumors. This article reports the clinical course and treatment process of one case of penile squamous cell carcinoma admitted to our urology department, and discusses it in combination with relevant literature, aiming to explore the value of conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound contrast imaging in the diagnosis of penile squamous cell carcinoma. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Liuyang City People's Hospital [Approval No.: Lun Shen Zi (Thesis) [2024] No. 002], and the patient provided informed consent.
