A Case Report of Secondary Cryptorchidism with Azoospermia After Trauma
Abstract:Secondary cryptorchidism refers to the condition where the testis has initially descended into the scrotum but later repositions upward to the inguinal canal or abdominal cavity due to various reasons [1-3]. The incidence of secondary cryptorchidism is relatively low, accounting for 1% to 2% of all cryptorchid cases [4-6]. Although the proportion of secondary cryptorchidism is not high, it may have adverse effects on male fertility and sexual function, and should be given due attention.
