The Effect of Anesthesia Methods on Microsurgical Surgery for Varicocele
Abstract:Varicocele, as a common disease affecting male health, mainly presents with discomfort or pain in the scrotum. In severe cases, it can lead to infertility and cause varying degrees of impact on men's physical and mental health [1]. In recent years, microsurgical ligation of the spermatic vein has been widely used in clinical practice [2]. The anesthesia methods for this surgical procedure include general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, and local anesthesia.
