Exploring the Academic Origin and Development of Male Infertility from the Perspective of the 'Brain-Heart-Kidney-Semen Chamber' Axis Theory
Abstract：Based on classical Chinese medicine texts, this study focuses on the 'Brain-Heart-Kidney-Semen Chamber' axis theory, sorting out classical passages related to male infertility. According to the chronological order of historical development, it systematically organizes literature related to male infertility, summarizes relevant theoretical principles, treatment methods, and medicinal information. The aim is to gain a systematic understanding of the academic development of male infertility based on the 'Brain-Heart-Kidney-Semen Chamber' axis theory by studying classical discussions throughout history, thereby revealing the essence of ancient physicians' diagnosis and treatment of infertility. This will help to give full play to the advantages of the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation in the clinical practice of male infertility.
