Abstract：Human semen spontaneously coagulates into a gelation after ejaculation,which will liquefy within 5～20 mins. Semenogelin and fibronectin secreted byseminal vesicle are the major components of the coagulum. Prostate specific antigenand some kinds of protease are mainly responsible for the liquefaction process ofthe semen coagulum.
