Efficacy and Safety of JingTaiLai in the Treatment of Male Immune Infertility
Abstract：Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy and safety ofJing-tai-lai(JTL) on male immune infertility. Methods: This study was a randomized parallel control trial over 12 months. A total number of 198 men were randomly divided into JTL and prednisone treatment groups.Results: The pregnancy rate of the JTL group and the prednisone group were 48.7% and 18.0% respectively. The rates of antisperm antibody turned negative were 83.2% and 64.8%. The former was significantly higher as compared with the latter (P＜0.05). The adverse reactions were lower for JTL(15.1%) than for prednisone(20.4%). Conclusions: JTL is an effective, well-tolerated Chinese medicine.
