A case of acute myocardial infarction with lumbar artery rupture after percutaneous coronary intervention
Abstract:Acute myocardial infarction (acute myocardial infarction, AMI) is one of the most severe cardiovascular events, characterized by high incidence and high mortality. Among them, ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, STEMI) is the main cause of death and disability in patients with AMI. Percutaneous coronary intervention (percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI) is an effective treatment for STEMI, which can rapidly open blood vessels, restore blood perfusion, effectively reduce the area of myocardial infarction, reduce mortality, and improve the long-term prognosis of patients.
