Effect of combined Xinkeshu tablets and nicorandil on vascular endothelial function in X syndrome patients
Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of combined Xinkeshu tablets and nicorandil on vascular endothelial function in X syndrome patients.Methods Ninety X syndrome patients were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and treatment group (n=45).The patients in control group received routine treatment while those in treatment group received routine treatment plus combined Xinkeshu tablets and nicorandil.After 6 months of treatment,their chest pain,symptom score and FMD were assessed and their serum NO and endothelin levels were measured.Results The effective rate and total effective rate of chest pain,the symptom score and FMD,the serum NO level were significantly higher while the serum endothelin level was significantly lower in treatment group than in control group after treatment (66.67％ vs 56.67％,84.44％ vs 63.33％,8.6％±2.2％ vs 6.0％±2.4％,35.1±3.7 μmol/L vs 25.1±4.0 μmol/L,30.4±12.9 ng/L vs 58.8±8.8 ng/L,P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined Xinkeshu tablets and nicorandil can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and vascular endothelial function in X syndrome patients.
