A case of oral proliferative pemphigus successfully treated with thalidomide in combination with Nd:YAG lasertherapy

Abstract：Pemphigus vegetans is a rare subtype of pemphigus.The diagnosis and the treatment of the disorder is difficult.We analyzed the clinical data of a case of pemphigus vegetans,which mainly affected oral mucosa,and treated with thalidomide and Nd:YAG laser.The treatment effect was good and stable.This report is expected to provide experience for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
