Abstract：This paper focuses on construction of talent cultivation mode for the dental technology specialty,and deeply explores the construction and practice of the"Medical(Engineering),Teaching,Research,and Competition"four-dimensional collaborative talent cultivation model in the Oral Medical Technology major of the Medical College of Qingdao Huanghai University,a local application-oriented university.Through the analysis of the current situation of talent cultivation in the Oral Medical Technology major at home and abroad,the interpretation of the connotation of the four-dimensional collaborative model,the elaboration of the implementation strategies,the presentation of the initial practical achievements,and the reflection and outlook on the existing problems,it aims to provide beneficial references and inspirations for improving the quality of talent cultivation in the Oral Medical Technology major.
