Abstract：The maxillary premolar is the most complicated group of teeth in root canal treatment,and its root canal anatomical morphological variation is larger.There are many ways to study the root canal morphology,each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages.This paper reviews the anatomical morphology of the root canal of the maxillary front and provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of premaxillary anterior molar.
