Abstract:Objective:To evaluate bleeding status of oral surgery with National Nosocomial Infection Surveillance risk index of 0 (NNIS 0) in patients on oral anticoagulated aspirin therapy using meta-analysis system. Methods:The PubMed and Wanfang databases were searched.Eligible studies were randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and controlled clinical trials on postoperative hemorrhage of continuation of aspirin before oral NNIS 0 surgery published from January 1,2007 to December 31,2016.Results:A total of 98 articles were retrieved and five studies were included in meta-analysis.The results showed no significant difference between patients on aspirin therapy and no oral anticoagulated therapy when postoperative bleeding were observed at 30 minutes (OR=1.23,95%CI:0.90-1.68,p=0.221).Conclusions:We recommend not stopping use aspirin (≤ 150mg/d) before oral NNIS 0 surgery.
