Analyses the psychological status of the elderly patients with dental anxiety and its influencing factors
Abstract：Dental anxiety is a psychological disorder on of oral health care.Clinical studies have found that the vast majority of the elderly patients have dental anxiety,especially on depression and anxiety.The main reasons of for dental anxiety among the elderly patients were are mental disease and bad state of mind and personality factors,knowledge of dental treatment,pain and treatment environment,and economic factors.The present paper provided some evidence and train of thought for clinical prevention and treatment of dental anxiety,expecting improves the psychological status of the elderly patients with dental anxiety and the effectiveness of oral treatment and oral health.
