Abstract:Objective:To summarize and analyze the feasibility when the elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases extracted multiple teeth per time under the ECG monitoring. Methods:The heart rate (HR),blood pressure (BP),oxygen saturation (SpO2) of 215 patients were monitored and analyzed.Results:215 patients completed the surgery.BP and HR were significantly increased during anesthesia and operation (P<0.05),and the postoperative HR was significantly lower than that during anesthesia (P< 0.05),BP recovered to the preoperative level in 2 hours of the operation.3 patients suffered from hyperpiesia and racing HR during operation. Conclusion:Elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases were safe and feasible toextract multiple teeth per time under the condition of preoperative preparation, postoperative analgesia and intensive care.BP of the patients recovered to the preoperative level in 2 hours of the operation.
