Research progress of different instruments and equipment in root canal retreatment

Abstract：Root canal therapy is the most effective treatment for endodontics and periapical disease,the iatrogenic factors and non-iatrogenic factors will result in treatment failure.Root canal retreatment is the preferred method for endodontic failure cases.But the retreatment is more difficult.The related instruments and equipment is needed in removing the fillingmaterial and infection material.In this review,we summarized the instruments and the equipment for root canal retreatment.
