The research progress in relationship between Gas 6 and tumor

Abstract：Gas6 is a vitamin K-dependent growth-promoting factor.Numerous studies showed that Gas6 was highly expressed in a variety of tumor tissue,and was related to tumor diagnose,prognosis,tumor growth and aggressiveness.In this article,recent advances in the study on Gas6 function were reviewed,and the relationship between Gas6 and proliferation,invasion and meastasis in tumors were discussed.
