Abstract:Objective:o investigate the distribution of Treg immune cells in peripheral blood and tumor microenvironment of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).Methods:30samples of primary OSCC cancer patients were analyzed with flow cytometry for Treg expression.Result:1.There was no significant difference in CD4+CD25highFoxP3+cells between the venous blood groups and control groups.2.The CD4+CD25highCD 127low cells in venous blood groups were higher than control groups.3.The proportion of CD3 l+Treg of Treg in OSCC was higher than control groups.4.There was Treg infiltration in local micro-environment of OSCC patients. Conclusion:OSCC patients with abnormal levels of Treg,we infer that the infiltration of Treg may inhibit the anti-tumor effects of anti-tumor factors in the whole body and local microenvironment.
