A Case of Unilateral ANCA-Associated Vasculitis-Related Otitis Media
Abstract:Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (ANCA-associated vasculitis, AAV) is an autoimmune disease characterized by reactive inflammation and fibrinoid necrosis of small vessel walls, and most often, antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) can be detected in the serum [1]. AAV can involve multiple organs throughout the body, including the kidneys, lungs, heart, and other internal organs.
