Abstract：Presbyacusis,also known as age-related hearing loss(ARHL),usually refers to hearing impairment in people over the age of 60.ARHL is the most common sensory disorder in the aging process,which can significantly reduce the quality of life with great economic impact.However,the biological mechanism of ARHL is complex and yet to be fully described.This article reviews research on oxidative stress,cellular senescence and other factors in ARHL.
