Abstract：Auditory cochlear hair cells,as energy-consuming sensory cells,are extremely sensitive to hypoxic environment.The effects of hypoxia on hearing health have received increasing attention.Through reviewing the literature related to hypoxia and hearing loss,this paper systematically summarized the potential mechanisms,manifestations and intervention and treatments in hypoxia related hearing dysfunction,aiming present an overview on the current research status of this issue,and provide a solid theoretical basis for future research and clinical management.
