Progress of Research on Pathogenesis of Sporadic Vestibular Schwannoma

Abstract：Vestibular schwannoma is a benign tumor originating from the Schwann cell of the eighth cranial nerve sheath,and its clinical treatment involves mainly surgical resection.This article reviews the progress in research on the pathogenesis of sporadic vestibular schwannoma and its related signaling pathways in order to help further research on its pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
