Abstract：Pertinent literatures on acute low-tone sensorineural hearing loss,both domestically and internationally published,were collected and reviewed.Clinical characteristics,pathogenic mechanisms,diagnostic criteria,treatment and prognostic factors were summarized to improve the understanding of the condition,as well as timely and accurate diagnosis.
