This article reports a child with common cavity malformation combined with cerebrospinal fluid otorrhea and rhinorrhea treated at the Department of Otolaryngology, Sichuan Rehabilitation Hospital, Affiliated to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A one-stage operation was performed for inner ear repair and cochlear implantation, with no postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage or meningitis. This study does not involve ethics, and the patient's family has given informed consent.
