Abstract：Mixed online and offline teaching is an important direction in teaching reform,which we have adopted in ear microsurgery training.Online learning resources such as"ear microsurgery from entry to mastery"series courses,provide independent learning not limited by time or space.Offline classes allow personalized learning experiences,practices and Q&A to solve unanswered puzzles from online learning.The advantages of complementary online and offline teaching,together with typical cases studies,effectively improve the teaching outcomes in ear microsurgery,and the model is worth of consideration and discussion.
