Two Cases of Iodophorm Allergy After Otitis Media Surgery
Abstract：Iodophorm gauze is a commonly used packing material in otolaryngology. Iodophorm allergy is not uncommon clinically, but severe allergic reactions are rare. Currently, there are case reports in domestic literature, mainly in the field of stomatology [1-4]. This article analyzes the data of two patients with iodophorm allergy to explore the clinical manifestations and treatment methods of iodophorm allergy, providing reference for clinical physicians.
