Study and Application of H.I.N.T.S Examination in Screening for Acute Central Dizziness/Vertigo

Abstract：Acute central dizziness/vertigo is usually critical and early diagnosis and effective treatment are essen-tial in emergency management.Head Impulse-Nystagmus-Test of Skew(H.I.N.T.S)is an effective bedside test for dis-tinguishing central from peripheral dizziness/vertigo.In order to better understand H.I.N.T.S examination,this paper re-views a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years,and reviews the future clinical applica-tion of video-oculography(VOG)technology in China's emergency department.
