Abstract：Sudden deafness is a common otolaryngology emergency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and causes damage to their physical and mental health.In clinical work,sudden deafness combined with underlying diseases is very common,but its treatment is often limited to guided medication,and lack of specific treatment for combined underlying diseases,which lead to significant differences in the prognosis of patients with sudden deafness.In order to improve the curative effect of sudden deafness,better guide clini-cal medication,improve the targeted treatment of patients with sudden deafness combined with underlying diseases,ful-ly understand the impact of underlying diseases on sudden deafness has irreplaceable significance.
