The Practice of Internet Teaching in Ear Microsurgery

Abstract：Internet teaching is an effective way in ear microsurgery training,which can be used as an extracurric-ular extension for medical students.In particular,which can lay an important role in standardized resident physicians training and skill improvement for specialists.We began internet teaching in ear microsurgery in 2017,including an"Ear Microsurgery from Beginners to Masters"seminar series,live surgery broadcasting,typical cases discussions.Multi-modalities internet teaching can facilitate interactive training experiences and improve the diagnosis and treat-ment outcomes in ear microsurgery.
