Abstract:Objective Their characteristics of static posturography for peripheral vertigo function parameters in pa-tients with BPPV were analyzed,Static posturography can clearly assess balance function of peripheral vertigo patients and Sensory structure after rehabilitation Methods Patients with peripheral vertigo with BPPV weresensory organization test and vestibular rehabilitation . With clinical treatment of peripheral vertigo of BPPV they were divided into a control group and vestibular disorders , The energy distribution of visual vestibular, brainstem, and spinal cord Results Static posture dia-gram evaluation BPPV patients show when eliminated or weaken the vision system and the proprioceptive system function, the function of semicircular canal of vestibular system is low mainly;BPPV patients to maintain a balance need rely on visu-al or proprioceptive sense, and find balance in patients with vertigo largely rely on visual and cerebellum brainstem balance function;balance rehabilitation training according to the requirements of peripheral vertigo patients with vestibular rehabili-tation system and vestibular function scores returned to normal and significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) Conclusion BPPV patients most of the vestibular system function score low, and can be detected low vestibular semi-circular canal function ,scores lower semicircular canal side and the evaluation of patients to maintain the balance largely on visual and cerebellum balance function;vestibular rehabilitation on the patients with BPPV clearly effective.
