The advance of genetics in Meniere's disease

Abstract:Ménière’s disease (MD) is a disorder of the inner ear with complex symptoms including fluctuating senso-rineural hearing loss, vertigo, tinnitus and aural fullness. MD etiology and pathophysiology are poorly understood. In this re-view we will discuss and summarize the genetic fundamentals of this disease.
