Flunarizine in the treatment of vestibular migraine

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of flunarizine in patients with vestibular migraine. Methods Data from 97 patients with vestibular migraine seen between December 2015 and May 2016 (male 19, female 78) were re-viewed. All patients received flunarizine (5-10mg every night) for 1-3 months. Results At 3 months following up, 39 patients (40.2%)were dizziness-free, 41(42.3%)reported improvement, and17(17.5%)showed no improvement. Conclusion Flu-narizine is effective and safe for treating patients with vestibular migraine.
