The Classification and Clinical Treatment of Congenital Complex Auricular Malformation

Abstract：Objective To investigate the classification of congenital complex auricular malformation, the methods and ef-fects of clinical treatment. Methods According to the deformity characters, congenital complex auricular malformation was at-tributed into 5 categories. Surgical correction plan was designed on the basis of each category. Results After 3 to 12 months fol-low-up on 14 cases(16 ears),all cases were satisfied with the stable appearance. Conclusion The classification of congenital complex auricular malformation, which served as a basis for surgical correction plan,should be effective to diagnosis and post-operative appearance.
