Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation of Compound Longxuejie Capsules in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease(Syndrome of Blood Stasis Obstructing the Heart)

Abstract：Objective This study aimed to evaluate the comprehensive clinical value of Compound Longxuejie capsules in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(syndrome of blood stasis obstructing the heart)by reviewing existing evidence,providing references for clinical medication and national healthcare decision-making.Methods A multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDA)model was used to comprehensively evaluate Compound Longxuejie capsules across the"6+1"dimensions.Results In terms of safety and efficacy,Compound Longxuejie capsules showed mild adverse reactions,no severe adverse events,and good safety.When combined with conventional treatment,Compound Longxuejie capsules demonstrated superior efficacy in electrocardiogram improvement rate,angina pectoris improvement rate,and symptom scores of the syndrome of blood stasis obstructing the heart compared to conventional treatment alone.Its efficacy in exercise electrocardiogram results and nitroglycerin reduction rate was comparable to that of Compound Danshen capsules,indicating good effectiveness.The treatment cost of Compound Longxuejie capsules was within an acceptable range,demonstrating good economic efficiency.The drug exhibited high innovation in formulation and production technology.Compound Longxuejie capsules are convenient for storage and transportation,with stable supply,high coverage,no seasonal or regional restrictions,and comprehensive information services for Chinese patent medicines,indicating good suitability.The drug has a stable supply and broad coverage,ensuring good accessibility.As a Yi ethnic medicine,Compound Longxuejie capsules fully embody the compatibility characteristics of"mutual enhancement and assistance"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),highlighting its distinctive TCM features.Conclusion Based on the evaluation results across all dimensions,Compound Longxuejie capsules have sufficient clinical value evidence,providing references for clinical decision-making and pharmaceutical management.
