Abstract:Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is an autoimmune disorder characterized by isolated thrombocytopenia, which poses a serious threat to patients'health.Current treatment of ITP still faces multiple challenges, including the realization of individualized precision therapy, avoidance of overtreatment, and management of refractory cases. The constitution-disease-syndrome differentiation model was developed by Academician Wang Qi,a national master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),based on the TCM constitution theory and traditional syndrome differentiation and treatment principles. This integrated"three differentiation"diagnostic and therapeutic approach not only capitalizes on the strengths of TCM disease differentiation and syndrome-based treatment but also captures disease progression patterns from the perspectives of disease nature and patient constitution.By formulating personalized diagnosis and treatment plans,it helps improve clinical efficacy and patients'quality of life, offering an effective solution for ITP management. This article systematically discusses the application value of the"Three Differentiation"model in the diagnosis and treatment of ITP,with the aim of providing new insights for TCM-based approaches to the disease.
