Abstract:As a crucial repository of the medical wisdom and clinical experience of the Chinese nation, classics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)contain foundational theoretical knowledge and therapeutic practices that remain a vital source for contemporary clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.Against the backdrop of the digital and intelligent integration development of TCM information, establishing a clinical decision support system based on knowledge from these classics is of significant importance for enhancing the quality of TCM clinical practice. To address the key challenge of recommending optimal decision-making plans when applying TCM classics in clinical decision support, this paper proposes a comprehensive quantitative evaluation strategy integrating multi-dimensional evidence, including evidence from the classics themselves, guideline consensus, modern bioinformatics data, and renowned medical case studies.Based on this strategy,an optimal clinical decision support scheme recommendation model rooted in TCM classics is constructed, aiming to provide a novel approach for strengthening the supportive capacity of classical knowledge in clinical decision-making.
