Abstract：Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)methodology is a systematic framework with rich theoretical foundations and clinical practical experiences.The study of TCM methodology is closely linked to summarizing clinical practices and guiding their application.Conducting philosophical foundation research on methodology represents a crucial academic issue.From the perspective of the philosophy of scientific practice,this study explores the primacy of practice,local knowledge,and contextual turn,aiming to expound on the philosophical approach of scientific practice for TCM methodology from the dimension of philosophy of science.Meanwhile,it seeks to provide diversified research ideas for the philosophical understanding of modern TCM clinical research.
