Abstract:This paper thoroughly explores the application and guiding significance of the holistic concept of"Yin-Yang balance"in the rehabilitation process of stroke sequelae. The essence of the"Yin-Yang balance"concept is to precisely regulate the mutual restraint and interdependence between Yin Qi and Yang Qi in the body, balance the body's state, and thus treat diseases and restore health.Stroke,as a serious cerebrovascular disease, often leaves sequelae such as hemiplegia, spasm, and language disorders, which greatly limit the patients'mobility and have a negative impact on their quality of life.Based on the holistic rehabilitation concept of"Yin-Yang balance",this paper systematically analyzes its clinical application and potential mechanisms in the rehabilitation of stroke sequelae.Through extensive literature reviews and in-depth clinical case analyses,it reveals the multiple advantages of the holistic concept of"Yin-Yang balance"in the rehabilitation of stroke sequelae. With further research and in-depth clinical practice of this concept,it is believed that more comprehensive and effective rehabilitation strategies will be provided for patients with stroke sequelae, helping them recover their health and return to society at an early date.
