Abstract:Oxidative stress injury is one of the major pathological damages in diabetic kidney disease(DKD)and plays a crucial role in the progression of DKD.The pathogenesis theory of"microscopic abdominal mass"was first proposed by Professor Lyu Renhe,a master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It systematically explains the occurrence and development process of DKD from the perspective of TCM and puts forward targeted TCM treatment principles and methods. This paper attempts to establish a connection between the theory of"microscopic abdominal mass"and modern medicine.Under the guidance of this theory,it explains the role of oxidative stress injury in DKD from multiple perspectives, thereby deepening the connotation of the"microscopic abdominal mass"theory. It also proposes the possibility of regulating oxidative stress based on the pathogenesis theory of"microscopic abdominal mass"to improve DKD,providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of DKD.
